   In 2008, when we decided to find a home in Tennessee to plan for retirement, we did not consider working with anyone other than Carol.       My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Carol in March of 2008. We walked into the Appalachian Land office only knowing that we were interested in viewing property in the Murphy area after having browsed the internet.   My wife and I fell in love with the Murphy area; so much so that we decided to relocate to the Murphy area when we retire. Lee and his wife, Carol, helped to make our search for property easy.
   Lee was always informative, helpful and honest in our search for property. He worked around our schedule to show countless properties. One day afterr looking at several properties lunchtime approaced and of course lee asked if we wanted to stop for lunch and we assured him we were fine to continue looking. Lee skiped lunch to allow us more time to look at additional properties. On another trip, Lee helped to entertain our 13 year old son who had accompanied us on this paticular trip. Lee always put us first and looked out for our best interest.
   We will do business with lee and Appalachian Land Company again; we currently have a contract pending on another piece of property that ALC has listed. This experience has been a blessing to us.
